The City of Vancouver is organizing a public Open House for a rezoning application on a lot assembly at East 10th Avenue and Garden Drive. The proposal calls for the construction of a 66′ (20.1m) tall, 6-storey building with 68 strata units and 73 parking units, with a floor space ratio of 2.65.
The Open House will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018 between 5pm and 7pm at 3250 Commercial Drive(Croatian Cultural Centre).
